Not to be so overbearing and protective, I’m 28 and I still lie by omission every day, entirely by habit.
Also do not get on the single mother soap box, I view myself as a burden in any relationship now.
Some boys are angry and don’t know why, they aren’t defective, they just need the right kind of help.
He is going to be interested in sex once puberty hits. Sheltering him wont change that. Educating him yourself on safe sex is your bet.
Hobbies. Develop them. Especially the types that will get him interacting with the opposite sex in a healthy way.
He won’t be your baby boy forever, you are trying to raise a happy, fully functioning, well adjusted human being, remember that.
Worst case scenario your kid ends up a nervous and depressed wreck like me. His therapist will thank you though.
